What is going in next to Norwin Hills?
I see they have dug out a new road entrance just off Norwin Ave.Which is as you go into Norwin Hills Plaza.And they seem to be digging out the hillside.Anyone know what is going on ?A plaza,restaurant or what?

Our drinking water, the food we grow or import, our soil all hold chemicals that cause astronomical health problems for us. The human body is the biggest recyclers of chemicals on planet earth, our body rejects what it does not want or need. That rejection is flushed or thrown in the trash.
Today our water, our soil, and our food has become our enemy. We spend hours in a gym, we drink coffee made from sun ripened beans grown in a way that requires pesticides, insecticides, and herbicides. Dying bees are sending us messages year after year are we listening?
No we do not need pharmacies we need pure drinking water so that our bodies can do what God created it to do.
I guess they aren't coming. They don't want to compete with all of the other pharmacies that we suddenly need. To borrow a line from the anti Walmart people. What about those poor Mom & Pop drug stores that will be going out of business because of the big boys taking over? Oops!!! While you all were beating back the Arkansas Giant, Walgreens, Rite Aid etc were killing those stores. Can't wait to see the intersection at Norwin Avenue on a Friday now.

I'm sure if they don't put WalMart in there, Bob Shuster can throw up a few dozen cookie cutter McMansions in there. The modern yuppies will LOVE to have a place to park their SUV's they can't afford to fill up in a garage attached to a house they can't afford to furnish.
Or the Pen Dot worker Commissioners along with their mentor Alan Kukovich, is my guess.

Steve & Barry's I heard is going to be where World of Values is now.
The following was in the Dec. 27, 2007 online Post Gazette...
"Brecksville, Ohio-based WD North Huntingdon Investors plans to develop a retail/commercial plaza near the Route 30 East intersection with Norwin Avenue entrance to Norwin Hills Shopping Center.
A Walgreens would anchor a proposed four-unit development that will include a Jiffy Lube, which will relocate from the shopping center. Township commissioners approved a site plan this year."
I dont understand why they keep pushing these pharmacys down our throats.
I just had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube and they told me that is going to be their new building and once they move into it ~ the old one will be torn down.
Widen what road?Rt.30 ,ya right.Widen the red light,the same!I believe Jiffy Lube needs a bigger spot,but the rest is BS.Probly another plaza going in.

There is some road widening going on and the Jiffy Lube is going to get a new building and move closer to Route 30.
The new restaurant, Annadel's opened this week and Steve & Barry's will be opening soon - Yay!!
