Plans for a proposed Walgreens Pharmacy-Starbucks complex at the Chesterfield's site were unanimously approved by township commissioners Wednesday night with 12 conditions.

Among the conditions:

• an electronic community bulletin board will be placed near the entrance of the site at the intersection with Lincoln Way
• the developer would be required to provide electricity for the sign and landscaping
• the developer must submit a stormwater-management plan to provide a 60 percent reduction in runoff for all degrees of storms
• only one pylon sign can be erected on the premises
