Three years ago, my family and I moved to Irwin. We've loved living there. It's such a quaint little town with all of its antique shops and holiday parades. It makes me sorry to move but circumstances have led us to find a larger home somewhere else.
Our house in Irwin is now for sale with Howard Hanna Realty. It really is a nice place in a GREAT location. It has one of the larger yards in that area. It's walking distance to both the park and downtown Irwin. I only wish it was springtime because the yard is just beautiful when everything is in bloom.

It includes All appliances (Fridge, Stove, New Washer, & Dryer). Also included is a vinyl carport located in one of the two offstreet parking spaces behind the home. The hot water heater is also brand new.
The best thing about this home, however, is its neighbors. It's always a gamble when you move but believe me when I say I wish I could take my neighbors with me when I move.
