Having lived most of my life very close to that rat's nest, I can only see this as a good thing. They finally cleaned up the cars that slob across the street from it had in his yard for decades, now if they can tear that eyesore down I'd love it.
What about the eye sore on the county line? Looks like a bunch of boxes glued together.
