The Relay For Life of Norwin Kick-off celebration will be held at 6:30pm on Friday, December 1, 2006, at Covenant Hall, Irwin’s Center for the Arts, 4th and Maple Streets, in downtown Irwin.
This is a FREE event and everyone is invited to attend! In addition to information on forming teams and fundraising for the event, there will be refreshments, raffles, random drawings, and fun activities!
Relay For Life is the American Cancer Society’s signature event which involves teams walking or jogging around the Norwin High School Track for 24 hours while raising money through pledges and the sale of luminaria. Early Team registration is $79 and Youth team registration is only $50. The 2007 Relay For Life of Norwin will be held Saturday and Sunday, July 21 & 22, 2007.
