The Boy Scouts of the Bushy Run District are going to be holding an Emergency Preparedness Derby at Sunrise Elementary School in the Penn-Trafford School District. Scouts from Norwin, Penn-Trafford, Yough, Jeannette, and Franklin Regional will all gather to learn about the emergency repsonse in Westmoreland County. In addition to learning about the community response; they are going to learn about what steps they can take to keep their homes and families safe from fire, flood, and other unexpected disasters.
