Tai Chi is an art, an exercise, a sport, a mechanism for self-love as well as a meditation in movement involving the interplay of the senses and developing awareness. Learn the fundamentals of Tai Chi in this class including the first part of form and how it is applicable to daily living. This class meets every other Tuesday from 6:15 - 7:15 PM.
