How do I do it?

After you log in, click on the "Create a poll" link that's located either at the top of the page or in the left navigation.

Just fill out the simple form. Provide a headline, succinct question, and pre-filled in answers. By default you have five options, but if you need more, just click the Need more choices box & click the preview button. You will see more fields appear for you to enter additional options.
