The Norwin Show Choir will hold its annual spring Performing Arts Day from 9 a.m. to noon. on Saturday at the high school, at 251 McMahon Drive.

All students in grades kindergarten through eight are invited to attend. This year's theme is "A Day on Broadway" featuring songs from popular Broadway musicals.

All students will be taught a dance routine by the Norwin Show Choir members from 9 until 11:30 a.m.

Then, family and friends are invited to the high school auditorium to watch everyone -- including Show Choir members -- perform their musical routines they learned earlier in the day.

The workshop costs $10. For an additional $8, participants can purchase a specially designed T-shirt. This is the same T-shirt design that was sold at the Fall 2007 Performing Arts Day.

The Show Choir also will hold its annual flea market from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the school cafeteria the same day.
