The groom-to-be is the son of Dennis and Kathy Michael of Chippewa Township. He is a graduate of Blackhawk High School and LaRoche College, where he received a bachelor of arts degree in finance. Eric is a medical sales representative for Dentsply in Pittsburgh.
The couple is planning an Oct. 18, 2008, wedding at Duquesne University Chapel.
Wessel-Byrnes
Ronald and Kathy Wessel of Murrysville announce the engagement of their daughter, Holly Lucille, to James Regan Byrnes, son of James and Margaret Byrnes of Louisville, Ky.
The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Franklin Regional Senior High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy. She works as an assistant professor at the Sullivan University College of Pharmacy in Louisville, Ky.
The groom-to-be is a 1995 graduate of St. Xavier High School in Louisville, and 2004 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy. He is employed by Jewish Hospital in Louisville as a clinical pharmacist.
They are planning their April 26, 2008, wedding.

Elise is a 2000 graduate of Gateway Senior High School. She received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Duquesne University in 2004.
She is a certified public accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Owen is a 1999 graduate from Pentucket Regional High School in West Newbury, Mass. He received his bachelor's degree in political science from Duquesne University in 2005.
He is working in Washington, D.C., as a program instructor for the Close Up Foundation.
A Pittsburgh wedding is planned for May 9, 2009.

Rancatore-Kiefer

Bradley is a 1997 graduate of Plum High School and a 2002 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he received a bachelor of science degree in materials science engineering. He works for the University of Pittsburgh Police Department.
A July 12, 2008, destination wedding is planned for Siesta Key, Fla., with a Pittsburgh-area reception to follow on Aug. 30.
