After a 30-minute executive session to discuss personnel last night, North Irwin Council unanimously approved the hiring of Adele Nehas, an 18-year borough resident, as secretary-treasurer. She will be paid $10 per hour and will work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon and Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. The new office hours will be effective March 26.
