The Norwin Aqua Club has concluded the fall/winter season with a record of 6-2. Championships are scheduled for March 29 at Latrobe.

AMS Mini Championships

Two Norwin Aqua Club swimmers placed at the AMS Mini Championships at Penn Hills on March 1. They were Shelby Krevokuch, 8, who was fourth in 200 free, fifth in 25 back, sixth in 25 free, seventh in 100 free and ninth in 25 breast. Carson Shipley, 8, took first in 50 back, second in 50 fly, third in 25 back and 25 free and fourth in 25 fly.

AMS A Championships

Two Norwin swimmers placed at the AMS A Championships at the University of Pittsburgh on March 6 to 9.

Matt Patterson took eighth in the 500 free in the 15-16 division, as well as third in the 200 IM, fifth in the 100 free and seventh in the 200 free and 200 back in the senior division. In addition, Zach Ligus was sixth in the 200 free, 100 free and 50 free in the 13-14 division.
