Clients in need of spring and summer clothing can come to Hilltop Closet, a clothing ministry of Denmark Manor United Church of Christ, on May 28, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Both adult and children's sizes are available at no charge. Any people in need who live on a low income or face family emergencies are welcome to receive clothing.

The annual strawberry festival at Ardara United Presbyterian Church will be Tuesday,

The church's deacons will prepare a full menu with a la carte pricing. Along with cake, ice cream and strawberries will be roast beef sandwiches, hot dogs and several homemade side dishes.

The dinner is served from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Nehrig Hill Road church.

Bereavement support

Kevin Carey, bereavement counselor for Excela Health Home Care and Hospice, will facilitate a support group at St. Vincent Parish in Latrobe on Monday at 7:30 p.m.

"Cultural, Universal and Spiritual Components of Grief" will be the topic.

Year end

A Sunday school picnic will be held this week to celebrate the end of the year at Lutheran Church of Our Saviour.

Participants should sign up their children for the Oak Hollow outing.
