Greensburg Central Cath-olic had four Lady Centurions sign Division I letters of intent last week.

Senior soccer players Nicky Petrillo and Jessica Szekely signed on to play at Duquesne University, and soccer player Rachel Sebbens inked her intent to play for Robert Morris University.

In addition, senior basketball player Erica Keto signed with Elon University in South Carolina.

She will receive a soccer scholarship from Duquesne University totaling $128,000 for four years.

Szekely played midfielder and defense. She was awarded a four-year total of $45,000 in academic scholarships and $62,000 in athletic scholarships from Duquesne University.

Sebbens played forward and midfielder as a Lady Centurion. She was awarded a soccer scholarship from Robert Morris University totaling $96,000 for four years.

Keto, a forward for the Lady Centurion basketball team, was awarded a scholarship totaling $120,000 from Elon University in North Carolina.

All four young women are from the Irwin or North Huntingdon areas of West-moreland County.
